“ Of all the Chinese buffets in Lincoln, this has to be the best. China Buffet has a number of savory dishes, as well as spicy ones. The Mongolian section has a numerous amount of proteins to choose from, with several sauces and spices to add. And the staff is always helpful, especially Sophia; I hope she stays on for a while! If you feel like good, all-you-can-eat Chinese food for a reasonable price, head over to China Buffet and ask to sit in Sophia’s section. ”
